She's great, but I wouldn't classify her as "the best female vocalist of all time". I can think of a few others that I would rank above her. Her debut is one of my favorite albums of the 1990s. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

Who would u rank above her? If we're talking jazz singers, I'd rank Ella Fitzgerald, Nancy Wilson and Diane Reeves over her. Mostly because of a personal preference in their styling and phrasing. Rachelle is a great vocalist, but sometimes her phrasing throws me off. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-
