Singers/Musicians who excelled in sports The only time the topic of sports come up on here, it's usually about who's doing the halftime show at the Super Bowl, or the best renditions of the National Anthem. But what about singers who were good at a particular sport.
Of course everybody heard the story about Prince playing basketball on the Chappelle Show, my teacher who's also a Bay Area entertainment lawyer once told the story about how Prince beat the members of Tony Toni Tone in a pick up game and when they told people how good Prince was, nobody believed them. Are there any other singers who were good athletes as well? I know about Jackie Wilson being a Golden Gloves welterweight champion. Are there any others? | |

the only one i could think of is master p, who was playing b-ball for a bit and i'm not sure if he excelled any  life's a bitch, but god forbid the bitch divorce me...
