I have been a die-hard Prince fan since 1981, but also adore MJ. These concerts are going to be different to the prince shows, MJ will do the same show every night, i am just hoping he does sing live.
I have my tickets, we've waited a long time for this!!

I have my tickets, we've waited a long time for this!! Michael has been more theatrical and with Prince, he's improvises his set more Michael will most likely change the set list after a couple of shows like he's done in the past from the live album, the Triumph tour's set list was Can You Feel It Things I Do For You Off The Wall Ben Heartbreak Hotel She's Out Of My Life I Want You Back ABC The Love You Save I'll Be There Rock With You Lovely One Band Interlude Workin' Day And Night Don't Stop Til You Get Enough Shake Your Body Down To The Ground but throughout that tour, certain songs were rearranged and replaced. Songs like Mama's Pearl, Never Can Say Goodbye, Enjoy Yourself, Show You The Way To Go, and Blame It On The Boogie were also performed he's done similar things throughout his career "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. THE UP-SIDE OF PRESALE
Well let me preface this by saying I didn't get a presale ticket. But it may be a mixed blessing (a guy can dream can't he). You see what has traditionally happened with pre-sales is they set aside a block of tickets (one or two sections in the arenea under each price point). Once this allocation is exhausted they move onto the next. HOWEVER this does not mean the shows are sold out (yet). It just means the allocation has. In my many years of experience I have picked up better seats in the general release than in a presale as it depends on what sections they sell. But to all you lucky fans who got tickets, consider yourself mighty lucky. This will be the hottest tickets of the year. Swa "I'm not human I'm a dove, I'm ur conscience. I am love"

I'm ticketless still, if these had gone on sale just one week later all would be fine. oh well, seen him at his best, i'll console myself with that!
Still might try, but strangely not that bothered if i can't make it. i'm sure there's a good chance one will be televised.

Just remember its a PRE-SALE sellout not the full show - so I would hope that tickets would be still available for all shows on Friday during the general sale.
Fingers crossed. Still need to get mine. As for the spacing of the shows - well with a show every two nights you would think it is doable, but as a fan I would like to see a few days break every 7 shows or so. At least with no travel there might be less stress and pressure put on MJ. UPDATED: Just noticed that there is a week off between 3rd August and 10th August - wise move. Good to see some time off being allowed to recouperate, and also space to slot in extra shows *should* a show have to be postponed.
