Jacko's 30-gigs return

confused Must be the longest Comeback ever...Either that or hes dreaming again smile

SKINT MICHAEL JACKSON is on the brink of a £150million comeback — with 30 London gigs, it was confirmed last night.
The pop legend, stricken by an MRSA-type bug, is desperate to revive his flagging career.

Plans for a string of concerts have been rumoured for months but now they look closer than ever.

Jacko, 50, is in “advanced talks” with the O2 arena to stage the shows that would net him £5million each.

A spokeswoman for his agents, the Outside Organisation, added: “It is only at discussion stage but if it comes off it will be amazing.”

Insiders said the shows — due for July — would be Jacko’s final attempt to be a global star again.

The singer became a near-recluse after a damaging child-sex trial four years ago. He was cleared of all charges.

A source said: “It’s his last chance to hit the jackpot so he can pay a large slice of his debts. Michael feels enough time has passed for the public to forgive the scandals.”

The Sun revealed earlier this month that Jacko was being treated for an MRSA-type infection.

It means he would have to undergo a medical examination for insurance purposes in case he is forced to abandon any of the performances.

Last November, Jacko was sued by the King of Bahrain’s son for £4.7million he lavished on the star to record albums and stage shows which never saw the light of day.

A settlement was reached in London.
