ok folx. This is a bonus feature on the Funkadelic TOYS archive release that's been out for a few months.

Highly recommended it features the prime lineup of Hazel, Worrel, Shider, Ross plus the vocalists.

track listing
1. Heart Trouble [aka You Can't Miss What You Can't Measure]
2. Goose (That Laid The Golden Egg)
3. Vampy Funky Bernie (3rd Tune Oympic)
4. Talk About Jesus
5. Slide On In (2nd Tune Olympic)
6. Stink Finger
7. Magnififunk
8. Wars Of Armageddon [karaoke version]
9. 2 Dollars And 2 Dimes
10. Cosmic Slop [video]

So, how does that version of The Goose match up?

It's stellar, but it's really an instrumental. No vocals until the very end. The whole collection is more jam-oreiented, so the tunes may sprawl, but this is the stuff I really like the most.

The liner notes hint that there's enough material for a 2nd and 3rd volume.

WTF!

I was wondering what that venue was. I wonder when they got rid of it (or got run down).
