Kool!!!! I love Hermeto's stuff! I was first introduced to his music through Sergio Mendes' version of "Pipoca"--I started backtracking from there... ... " I've got six things on my mind --you're no longer one of them." - Paddy McAloon, Prefab Sprout

Another nice tune...
...Sao Jorge Miles Davis also used a few of his tunes (Little Church & Nem Um Talvez) and had him play on the Live-Evil sessions. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

Great talented musician indeed. So far i have his compositions "Santo Antonio" and "Suite Norte Sul Leste Oeste" in my iTunes, but still wanna check more of his catalogue.
Yeah, he was a tight team with artists like Miss Flora Purim and her hubby Airto Moreira. Flora can be seen at the intro of the clip in the second post, but not shure if Airto is performing there too. Here he is in the studio working with George Duke, Airto & i think that's also bassplayer Byron Miller from the George Duke Band, on the far right in that same top-photo on the left.
