These wedding party dances have been trendy for a coupla years now. I think SCNDLS might have started a thread with some last year. I like the ones where brides and grooms start pop lockin' in the middle of their waltzes!

I've been wondering the same thing! I've been to 2 weddings in the past 6 months and they did the same thing at both weddings and little kids were doing it too. Even my friend who chaperoned a 3rd grade dance said they were doing "The Thriller."

You know. It takes some pretty good dancers to pull off all those Thriller moves. That has to be my daughter's favorite part of 13 Going On 30.

When people started fucking up the Electric Slide "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

I thought of you during the opening of the All-Star game when they had the break dancing crew on there.

I thought of you during the opening of the All-Star game when they had the break dancing crew on there. They had a breakdancing crew on there?! If it was held in the Bay Area, I would've known SOMEBODY "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

That was hilarious! Loved it! "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really donĀ“t like the idea that he could have it all."

That's the movie that (re)popularized the Thriller dance. Since then, everyone wants to throw their hands around like the zombies did!

I wish more people would do the When Doves Cry line dance.

In all seriousness, it does go to show what great classic choreography is and how it puts a lasting impression on you. Compare that to the random flailing arms and legs about with no real thought put into it that all the Chris Browns and Ushers of the world do.
