His first three albums were good for their time, even tho thinking of some of the content on the album is still really distrubing. Especially when i know every word of these albums when i was 14. To be honest his been awful since 'Encore'. His music now just seems to be about ho's and money. The early Eminem was superior to these garbage he is releasing. Hip Hop is officially dead, its all the same these days and nothing original is coming out. I think 'Common' is the only one doing something different. All the rest of the hip hop scene is a shorter version of Scarface and an advertisement for a product. Eminem should of stayed retired, unless he become more mature and had serious issues to raise in his music. | |

It has nothing to do with Eminem. On the other hand, I hold Jazzy Jeff in very high regard for his DJaying skills. I think he is the best of all time and made that distinction after hearing him in Brooklyn back in '87 transforming and making the turntables sing the Sanford & Son theme. Summertime/Summermadness was a ripoff of Kool & The Gang's music and Rakim's style of delivery. There was absolutely no originality in the fucking "song". Fuck a Will Smith. Let him stick to acting, there I have no argument with him. | |

I guess it's because he always has all these people around him...not like in the beginning when alot of people didnt know him...not he always featuring somebody..got all these crews..it's cheapening his image to me. I kinda think his time is up, now. Once he kept trying to come out with the next Without Me, he just got lame and was more like a parody act on SNL.
It'd be great if he could do something like this again : His peak in 2002/2003 was pretty damn amazing. I couldn't turn on the radio without hearing one of his songs each hour. | |

Eminem is a great rapper, but I don't think he has any idea what to say. Beyond the shock there's really no substance to his style.
If he could say something, anything, he could come back easily, but I don't see it making a big impact. My Legacy
