Debelah Morgan has got to be one of the most underrated R&B singers ever. She had one huge international hit which was Dance With Me back in 2000 and her voice surpasses Beyonce in a thousand miles.

Debelah had 5 octave range like Minne Riperton and Mariah Carey and soul similar to Tamia and Deborah Cox's

Her x-factor is very good. Talented, wonderful and clear voice when singing live, and a pretty woman.
A pity indeed that she doesn't get the recognition she deserves, or that she might not have a solid marketing team behind her.
Guess it's a tough business to achieve a succesful place in the spotlights.
And the influence of the Knowless-management in R&B-land might also indirectly have something to do with it.

Maybe Missy Morgan could try to create an album for a more mature market ?...I don't know.
But you gotta have a lucky shot when targeting for the mainstream, and it's a fickle industry with the commercial charts.
New flava's frequently. What's hot today might be passe tomorrow, figurely speaking.
I've heard good quality soul through the years, and much of those releases were appealing to a more mature group of listeners.
Hope she will not disappear in obscurity, because that would be a waste of talent. Get a very good marketing team backing her up if she hasn't already.
She got the pipes and the looks. The total package.
