which song between "As" or "Ribbon in the Sky" captures more overall Feeling for you??

i'd go with "as". both songs are cool, but i gravitate more towards "as".

Mistermaxx...this is a good thread, because these are two great Stevie love classics. They both were released as singles and didn't chart as high as they should have.

Although "Ribbon In The Sky" contains an awesome Stevie Wonder lyric. That "As" is a sheer force to be reckoned with. This gets my vote as the official best love song EVER written. After all...

As I stated back on June 7 Stevie Wonder thread a few months ago, Songs In The Key Of Lifewas the official first album I ever owned. When I first heard this song as a little boy, I actually shedded a few tears. There was something about the lyrics,Stevie's voice and the musical backdrop {with the background vocalists}that touch something deep in my inner man. It was like I was in the midst of a spiritual revivial.

A lyricist like Stevie is sorely missing in today's lame one-dimensional, R&B music world.
