do you think TLC were the greatest girl group since The Supremes? I mean they were original and they had hits right?

TLC were influenced by Salt-N-Pepa.

En Vogue were influence by The Supremes.

End Of.

BETTER than The Supremes!

Hands down. The Emotions were awesome. Their early work during the Stax era was my favorite.

So I can love you (with Isaac Hayes on piano):

And who wouldn't forget about this amazing appearance in the Wattstax movie?

The Supremes can never be bettered. The time they were in, the music they put out, the different styles they recorded (whether they wanted to, or not), The influence, the style, the legacy. The cultural impact worldwide.

TLC? get real. nowhere near.

LoLz, yeah i also posted here above some 70's and 80's groups with a relatively brief recording career.
Too bad though, because there are some quality recordings from all those era's. But that's the way of the industry.
Didn't Mokenstef also do a song with the sample of Patrice Rushen's "Remind Me" ?
And i posted sometime ago a bunch of other 90's ladygroups but got no replies hmph! pout
