Music on your Ipod you've never bothered listening to? Just wondering, cause i've got loads. Those sad CD's you've put in your CD tray and loaded to it, but never bothered to listen to.
You might well have played the CD at some point, but never clicked play on the ipod. Why did i put them on? why are they there? Am i alone with this phenomenon?

oh, i know there's plenty. i put a bunch of CDs on my iPod that i checked out from the library and i don't even remember what they were, lol. whenever i do a wrecka stow run and get a pile of CDs, these days i rip them to my iPod before i give them a spin in my stereo, and i know there are a fair number of albums i haven't even listened to yet which have been neatly filed into my music collection. it's insane, but what can ya do.

Curiously bootlegs get a lot of play on mine, but then mine are organized.
New Power Soul and the usual poorly rated P albums are yet to get a full play. Jamiroquai doesn't fare too well on mine, there are a few Greatest hits compilations that i've not been arsed to play. Some others with 0 plays Xtina (her new hits comp) Michael Jackson (!) (BOTDF) John Lee Hooker (Hits comp) Jackie Wilson (Hits comp) Funkadelic (!) (Several albums) Janet (!) (Several albums) TTD (Hits comp and a couple of albums) James Brown (Dynamite X) cause it's crap. Loads more. I dunno why they are there! [Edited 2/12/09 19:36pm]

So. Why are they there? why do we keep music onboard that never gets listened to? i feel like a squirrel hoarding nuts then forgetting where they are!

That pretty much sounds like me, I get cd's from the library and rip them, and thats about the end, but I'm just the type who collects music, and I get around to it eventually. It may take a while, but I'll get around to it. Lady Cab Driver is one of the greatest songs ever!
