This has to be one of the most beautiful songs ever... It's called "Demo (Letzter Tag)" by Herbert Groenemeyer, a very popular german artist. He writes incredibly beautiful lyrics, IMO. He has a kind of "unique" voice, especially live, but that's just part of what makes him so original. I love this.
The video is very beautiful, too. Features Polina Semionova, dancing ballet. This is the video with english subtitles... Please do not let this thread die the same lonely death like my last one.  [Edited 2/10/09 11:59am] | |

Awwww  Beautiful lyrics indeed  I am always so fascinated with love songs in other languages. I love hearing the inflection and interpretation in other tongues. I usually prefer to hear the song without explanation first to kind of feel my way around blind then have the light turned on with a native translation
