This is one bizarro story...one of the strangest and most sensational in quite some time. It's ugly as hell, but the principals are young, rich, popular and gorgeous (well she is) so the interest is sky high.

And here I thought this was a fake relationship for PR. They obviously knew each other on a personal level to push each other's buttons in such an intense way.

I want to hear both sides and not rush to judge, but so far it's looking like Brown needs some jail time.

Sad story but so common now today, guess everyone has their share of problems.

The Chris Brown case in Los Angeles will come down to four factors: 1) The 911 call and the witness or witnesses that saw and heard the 'altercation' 2) any cell calls by and between the 'victim' and the 'alleged assailant' during this entire window and 3) the investigating officers observations on Miss Fenty's injuries; the pics that were taken at the scene and the hospital; and the examination at Cedars Sinai Hospital; and finally 4) the statements made by both the accuser and the subject.
Mr. Brown's movements from the time of the incident to the time of his surrender at the Wilshire District police headquarters will be brought into evidence via the tracking of the gps in cell phones. Also brought into this will be what time Miss Fenty contacted someone to cancel her appearnce at the Grammy's, and the order to issue the statement that she had been in a car accident; and the same for Mr. Brown as to what time he or his handlers made the call and cancelled his appearance at the Grammy's. Since Mr. Brown aborted the rented silver luxury sports car on June Street after the altercation and left on foot with the keys, his movements from that point will be considered.
Where did he go? Did someone pick him up and take him to his hotel? Certainly the police were staking out his hotel looking for him, so who hid him? The West Hollywood hotel where thet were staying was not so close to the Hancock Park residential area of Los Angeles (which is east of their hotel), where were they headed? Who contacted Miss Fenty's female assistants that showed up at the hospital? Who arranged contact Esq. Mark Geragos and when? Additionally since the rental car has been impounded by the police, did it have blood or other DNA in it, i.e. Mr. Brown's saliva from the alleged bite wounds. Did Miss Fenty strike Mr. Brown? Did he initially start staving off her attacks and then went ballistics and strike her with clinched fists about the forehead, lips and nose? When did the alleged bites occur on the fingers and arms? Where the hell was Chris Brown for 18 hours after the incident before he turned himself in? During the 18 hours did they communicate direct or by surrogates? Did they go to the hotel and change clothes after Clive Davis' party? Timeline is very important. There are photos of them arriving on the red carpet at the Beverly Hill Hilton, location of Clive Davis's party on 2-07-09, so the photo taken of them in the Lamborghini as they exited the party was just a little after 12Midnight.The altercation was repoted at 12:30AM 2-08-09 Basically WTF?????

The couple were also seen having a "scary" fight on Friday (07.02.09).

A witness said: "I saw Chris Brown and Rihanna fighting at the Verizon party at Boulevard 3 nightclub on Friday night.

As a man, I think the blame should be shared equally. The man also be held accountable for his actions. There are times where my lady has taken me there, but instead of letting my "inner ike" come out, I walk away. Also, we have to remember this, they are both kids. Chris is 19 and Rihanna is what, 20? I'm sorry but at that age, you don't know your ear from your asshole, let alone how to act in a relationship. Chris needs help for his anger issues, these issues did not happen overnight. I feel sorry for the both of them, especially Chris. Rihanna, will bounce back. Chris, I don't know if he will. Without help, it might take him a long time.

Onlookers just assumed he wanted a better seat to view his leading lady, but during the middle of her performance, Diddy & Co. bounced out with Chris suddenly MIA. Strange, huh?

The next night, Saturday, at Clive Davis' bash, Rihanna and Chris, of course, arrived together again, and while inside they seemed cuddly and normal. A friend of Brown's said that Chris had been in a "pissed off" mood all day. No mood justifies what reportedly happened later that night. If it's all true, this dude's career better be cooked.

A pal of Rihanna's said the stunner's face looks like that of a "hockey player," and that she indeed went to the hospital. And what's more heartbreaking is friends of the couple think R is so in love with him she won't press charges. Rihanna, no!

Unfortunately, this, to us, screams the question of whether or not there's a pattern of abuse in the couple's past, as Brown has made plain was the case with his own mother and stepfather. Even friends of Brown's at last night's quasi-glittery awards were overheard saying that they really "weren't that surprised" at what is rumored to have gone down. "His moods, man, they're freaky," a good bud of C.B.'s lamented.

Our prayers go out to Ri at this time, and if everything we're hearing is true, we hope Jay-Z teaches that boy a lesson.

Rihanna's Injuries -- "Horrific"

Law enforcement sources have now gotten specific with us... police took pictures of Rihanna's injuries and they are "horrific."

As we reported, the photos show major contusions on both sides of the singer's face -- there is serious swelling and bruising. Her lip is split and her nose bloody. We have now confirmed there are bite marks on one of her arms and on several fingers.

And we now know this... Rihanna claims Brown struck her with his fists and that's what did the damage. There was no object used in the alleged attack.

Rihanna refused treatment at the scene, but before she left cops took photos. We're told the photos alone are "devastating proof of abuse."

And we've learned it was not Rihanna who called 911. Someone in the area heard her screams and called.

Grammy Award-winning rapper T.I. was a guest on "Last Call With Carson Daly" Monday night and he revealed that he has spoken to Chris Brown since the R&B star's arrest on Sunday night.

T.I. informed the talk show host that he spoke to Brown on Monday and the young star seemed to be doing okay.

"Yeah, I spoke to him today," the rapper says. "He cool, you know." T.I. went on to say he assumes the 19-year-old is concerned about the situation but: "He's still the same Chris."

Kinda scary to think that if the police weren't called by a witness they may have just gotten back in the car and drove off and none of this would have gotten out.

R&B star Rihanna is cooperating with investigators building a domestic violence case against her boyfriend, singer Chris Brown, a police source said Monday.

The source said the 20-year-old performer, whose nonstage name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, is providing “ongoing” cooperation with detectives who booked Brown on Sunday for suspicion of making criminal threats against her.

Rihanna suffered bruises and a scratch to her face during a early morning altercation with Brown following a pre-Grammy Awards party. She was treated for her injuries at a “major medical facility,” according to police sources.

Brown, a 19-year-old with a double-platinum record and dance moves frequently compared to Michael Jackson, fled the scene before officers arrived, police said.

He remained free on $50,000 bail, but neither he nor his attorney would speak about allegations that rocked the Grammy ceremony. Brown and Rihanna both were nominated, but neither attended the ceremony.

The fight occurred after midnight in a quiet Los Angeles neighborhood where Brown had stopped the rented Lamborghini he was driving. According to police, several people saw or heard a loud, violent confrontation. The luxury car was impounded because the alleged assault might have begun in the vehicle.

Brown sustained the first commercial fallout from the charge Monday when the makers of Doublemint gum suspended an endorsement deal. A commercial in which Brown danced and sang an updated version of the chewing gum’s jingle aired during the Grammys. By that time, many viewers knew of the accusations against him.

“Wrigley is concerned by the serious allegations made against Chris Brown. We believe Mr. Brown should be afforded the same due process as any citizen. However, we have made the decision to suspend the current advertising featuring Brown and any related marketing communications until the matter is resolved,” according to a statement from the William Wrigley Jr. Company.

My spring-time wish for Rihanna is that she dates one of the Jonna's brothers. At least they would treat her right and not beat her ass.

Now the rumor is Chris wanted to break it off with Rihanna so he could be with Keshia Chante, the young woman who’s supposed to be playing Aaliyah in her biopic. Their agents and PR people asked him to accompany her to Clive's party and Chris was reluctant to do so but did anyway.

And possibly she’s the one that actually called the cops, not a resident of the area because she was in the car with them! If Keshia truly was in the car her word could be a big factor especially if she saw that Rihanna threw the first punch. I think the hospital photos are going to show up soon since they’re expected to be released today.
