Doesn't she sound like teena marie.I love her voice she can blow.I watched her video and it seems like they always try to hide you when your somewhat overweight let her shine she is a star.

She did a good job last night.

No she doesn't sound like Teena Marie at all. She does however sound way too much like Amy Winehouse all the way through. She can sing, but when I hear her, I hear Amy.

Teena's voice was outstanding when she was younger and I think the only chick that can sound like Teena, is this chick , Stephanie Ferrett. I saw this on a thread in this forum, that an orger posted here in this forum about 2 weeks ago and was blown away with her voice. Now this young lady in the video has an awesome voice, very soulful voice, and can Saaaaannnng. I could see Stephanie and Christine Aguilera on the same level of singing. This was a scene in Tyler Perry's play.

I like Adele. She was worthy of the Best New Artist Grammy. She doesn't though sound like Teena Marie.

Love her voice. Love the song. She doesn't sound like Teena Marie at all. Who cares about her weight? Her nails looked great at the Grammy's.
