The House Music Appreciation thread

IMO, the

best.

House.

song.

EVER exclaim

"Dub Break" worship

Saw the most INSANE Vogue battle to this song back in the early 90s. Honestly, there is very little I can do to adequately describe the ferocious throwdowns these 2 guys were doing to this song. It was to the point that I thought one dude was having a fucking convulsion and he did this move that sent him straight to the ground shaking like an epilleptic and as soon as he went down, he came right back up battling down with his fucking vogue moves clapping worship touched

I know there not be alot that can be found on youtube or elsewhere but House Music is one of the most unsung, creative, worthwhile and meaningful genres that ever will be.

Post your favorite house song here! If you can find it lol

This thread is dedicated to the Memory of The Godfather and Mother of Vogue, Willie Ninja. Thanks to God for sending this star to planet earth for us to have known pray

Yeah, people think I'm joking when I tell them I get so much of my spirituality from dance music but honestly, God is present on that stage. cry

I think a lot of our lists would be alike. My faves are Chicago people particularly Marshall Jefferson.

I think my fav song is Free Man by South Shore Commission.

I'll get a better list when I'm more woke and not listening to Lonnie Liston smith on Soulpower's radio show. cool
