3 days ago I tried to make out which songs Maurice White wrote for them. I know he produced several albums but I'm not sure which songs he wrote. Do you?

He wrote or co-wrote all of their Columbia recordings. He was the main producer on all of them.

are you 100% sure he wrote or co-wrote ALL of them? OK, maybe that was a generalization... I don't know, you can look up on Allmusic.com and google "The Emotions" then go on their albums and then see who wrote what, lol.

That song makes me teary-eyed sometimes, powerful lyrics. I hate hearing it on the radio because the end often gets cut. "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!
"It's just my imagination, once again running away with me."

are you 100% sure he wrote or co-wrote ALL of them? He produced the flowers, rejoice, sunbeam, and the album following sunbeam(can't think of the name right now) but a very good underrated album for the emotions. I am sure he had a hand in writing most of the songs. I have all 4 albums on vinyl. I'll research them later. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint
