One of my faves by Marvin & Tammi. Great song music.

Wow, I think I remember hearing this once in a blue moon on the radio one night! But I was probably too young to remember. lol Though I can hum some of the verses. Marvin & Tammi just had those songs that were catchy and melodic no matter if you heard them before or not!

I always say this too: Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell were the greatest male and female singing duo of all time. nod

Yes they were great together. Marvin and Tammi had so much chemistry and I read somewhere that Tammi was his favorite person to sing with. Marvin's other duets with Diana, Mary Wells and Kim Weston, while good, couldn't compare to his duets with Tammi. They were truly magicical together. It's hard for me to believe sometimes that that they were only ever good friends and nothing more.

Yeah, Marvin took her death the hardest too. It's quite obvious he felt a whole lot of love for this lady. nod
