I love hearing Donna sing this kind of material.

One of the underrated tunes of Duke Ellington's body of work.

I like this rendition.

I really think Donna should record an album of standards, i still haven`t gotten over how bad "Crayons" is

I didn't care for "Crayons" either. However, I was relieved that she didn't take the covers route. Too many veteran R&B artists have been doing those types of albums over the past several years and 99% were downright boring!

Crayons was ok but it was disappointing. The only songs I dug were the dance songs, which she needs to go back to doing. She's dance not pop.

As for "Lush Life", its' a beautiful song off of a kickass album. It was a great way to end the album. I love how mellow the song is and Donna's vocals sound fantastic on it. It's one of the few Donna ballads I like, let alone love.
