I'll be in the front row for JoJo I remember a few years ago,she wore a very,very little dress that she had to keep "adjusting" (see Youtube clip).She joked that she was having her own "wardrobe malfunction"...lol...she's a very sexy performer.Great sense of humor,too.

Okay,it's time for my annual "Super Oldies Concert memories" where I talk about some of the memorable things that went on during past shows


***I'll never forget the time when Evelyn Champagne King brought some guy up onstage and he had obviously had too much to drink...lol...you should have seen how he was dancing! At one point,he fell down (!) and Evelyn joked "That's cool...back in the day,we had breakdancing"...lol

***As you know,Jo Jo doesn't perform with the original girls from the Mary Jane Girls.She performs with two other girls and each time I see her,it's usually not the same girls I saw before.One year,she had a blonde girl who didn't really know the choreography,or just got confused onstage.Before "In My House",the three girls turned their back to the audience,waiting for the pre-recorded music to begin (they always sing to a backing tape).But the blonde girl was confused and I could see that she was whispering to JoJo,probably asking "Is there where I'm supposed to be??" I remember thinking "JoJo's gonna kick her ass when this show is over",lol.


Can't wait to see what happens this Friday night.
