The Neptunes (legends in the making)

If you been listening to music lately, I know you had to come across a tune produced by the Dynamic production team The Neptunes/ N*E*R*D*S. They've written over a semi- dozen over these past five yrs that will always be planted somewhere in the back of minds. Rather it's Pharrell's Charasmatic attitude and corcky lryics, Or Chad's funky beats, there's no one in hell you can run away from these 2 funky brothers. I guess the point in which I'm trying to make, if there is a point at all ... do you all think The neptunes are legends in the making? Do you think they will go down in history books as the world's greatest producer? Before you answer no, just think for a sec how the saved LL COOL J's Career with the song love you better, and the new release from Common Feature Mary J Blige, they've also crossed over with alternative groups such as No Doubt and etc, etc,. So what's ur opinnon on this ... are they legends in the making?

Essence

Modern "legends" perhaps. The latest fashionable sound/trend. In terms of overall music history though their catchy beats aren't that mindblowing...

Yeah, their CD is also FANTASTIK.

I wwent 2 c them in concert in minneapolis. I gave a handshake 2 Pharell who was haning around with everyone before they went on stage with Spymob & Kelis.

He is very short. I would say about 5' 6" - 5' 7"1/2

He was thin along with the other guy who sings with him.

But yeah they are so real, a girl was video taping the concert and he said 2 her," r u recording this, make sure u get this on bootleg, i want all our fans all over 2 c this"

Damn!!! I love them

The Neptune "trend" is starting to play out. I used to love their music and material, but it's fizzling.

Hey, does that 3rd Nerd(you know the dark skinned brother, I think his name is Shay) function in any sort of way? It seems to me that he's just there with the other two. Anyways, to hell with Neptunes. Later.

I liked them at first, but they're working with too many people. The sound isn't as varied and original as we all thought 2 years ago. They're heading in the same way as Rodney Jerkins IMO.
