Craig David covers "If You Let Me Stay" "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

He's a great singer, though I think Terence sings this song better.
Totally dig his last single, 'Insomnia'. http://uk.youtube.com/wat...jGrOG5EbeI

It doesn't really work too well.
The falsetto is okay in general, but the chorus falls really short.

Jesus, that's awful. And the bloody drummer...the snare's meant to be on the 2. About soulful as Perry fucking Como.

I am not surprised though that he covers TTD once again. He has been a fan of him since he was a small child as his mom used to be a huge fan and he grew up with his music. With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! And if, then I hope that I would then have wen in my environment who joins me in the A....

Watching Craig David's cover only made me appreciate Sananda's voice even more... [Edited 1/31/09 9:08am] So true. And to that guy who said America has higher standards, please! Craig David has been a joke here in the UK now for years. He was only vaguely credible back in 2000. When he dropped that lame "What's Your Flava?" in 2002, no one gave a shit. He had to rely on Sting to buy him back some kudos with a duet. By the time he came back in 2005, he was pretty much seen as the mixed race version of Des O Connor (square and boring). “The man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them, inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors.”
