Yes I do hear it. It's the first thing I picked up on when I first heard the song. it's there, you just have to listen to it.

Well spotted, stevenevermind and LIBRA! It's definitely the "Raspberry Beret" snare - it's at the same pitch and has the same tonal characteristics. I guess it sounds slightly different in that there's a bass drum behind it on the Lady Gaga track, but it's that same snare.
