Do you think do you think an artist has a better chance of selling more records if their subject matter was cleaner? Like Billie Jean vs. Darling Nikki or something

I personally would buy Darling Nikki because it's more .. i dunno... interesting in subject matter No. As an artist, I would not be worried about certain fans that have issues with content. That would not be my target audience. | |
