The House Music Appreciation thread IMO, the best. House. song. EVER "Dub Break" Saw the most INSANE Vogue battle to this song back in the early 90s. Honestly, there is very little I can do to adequately describe the ferocious throwdowns these 2 guys were doing to this song. It was to the point that I thought one dude was having a fucking convulsion and he did this move that sent him straight to the ground shaking like an epilleptic and as soon as he went down, he came right back up battling down with his fucking vogue moves I know there not be alot that can be found on youtube or elsewhere but House Music is one of the most unsung, creative, worthwhile and meaningful genres that ever will be. Post your favorite house song here! If you can find it This thread is dedicated to the Memory of The Godfather and Mother of Vogue, Willie Ninja. Thanks to God for sending this star to planet earth for us to have known .. [Edited 1/29/09 11:28am] 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

The black girl was made for House music and it for she: Absolute God In Memory of Willie Ninja There is so much POWER in this video. House music was so much more than a genre, it was a movement and there was real love and true joy expressed on the dancefloor . I love it. But I could definitely use some schooling.
Everyone should give me their top 20 house songs and artists lists.

I think a lot of our lists would be alike. My faves are Chicago people particularly Marshall Jefferson.
Everyone should give me their top 20 house songs and artists lists. I think my fav song is Free Man by South Shore Commission. I'll get a better list when I'm more woke and not listening to Lonnie Liston smith on Soulpower's radio show.
