If I'm not mistaken,that was Kashif's first big hit as a producer.After a few albums that didn't do very well,Evelyn bounced back in a big way with that song.

To those of you in California....

Evelyn will be performing in Bakersfield on February 13 as part of the "Super Oldies Valentines Love Jam" concert,along with Heatwave,The Delfonics,Peaches and Herb and others.

I've seen her at a few of our local Super Oldies shows and she's a very lively performer.She dances up a storm on the uptempo numbers!
