Was "Mia Bocca" ever intended to be for Madonna?

This straight up sounds like a Madonna song from the 80's. Was it ever intended for her?

Do you think Madge would've done the song justice?

Can someone please explain the lyrics to me? I know that "mia bocca" means "my mouth".In the song,Jill is clearly attracted to another man, even though she already has a lover. So is she saying that she will "love another" with her mouth only? confuse She won't go all the way with this new guy,but is willing to do "something" with him??

nuts explain it to me!

The idea that that's not really cheating
Now I'm older than movies, Now I'm wiser than dreams, And I know who's there
When silhouettes fall

Yeah, actually. I can really imagine her doing something like that in the 80's. It just sounds very Madonna-ish.

i still find the line "i have only had one lover since i was 12 years old"
both hilariously early prince and bizarrely shocking at the same time.

i mean, fucking 12 years old?

you just know that if it comes from a prince penned song in the early 80s
it's not about holding hands at 12 or nothing either.

on the one hand it suggests monogamy, long term. but it also suggests
statutory rape amongst other things.

confused lol confuse eek falloff
and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

Maybe the other "teen" numbers have too many syllables and they wouldn´t have fit into the lyrics.
"Since I was ten years old" or nine or eight or whatever..would have been creepier.

"Since I was sixteen years old" would have been too long, syllablewise.
Just my theory though.

Giving head instead of cheating via "real sex" seems to be a reoccuring motif in Prince´s body of work..the song "Head" comes to mind.
I wonder how he would have reacted if one of his girlfriends gave someone a blowjob and then said " Hey, it´s just head, no real sex...what´s the big deal?"

lol
" I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

Tu vuole la mia bocca means "you want my mouth?"

I think it could be interpreted as a song about just givin' head, simply because this song was written in the days when this kind of double-meaning was standard in his songs.
