I don´t understand what´s the point about re-singing this song and making this ridiculous video for it, when everything about the original was sooooo much better.

BTW I never cared for that song. Me neither. "Hero" is overrated. In terms of ballads, I think Mariah's best single to date is "Without You". She did a great cover of that song. "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ

I love the vamp @ the end. Overall its more soulful than the original. | |

Mariah´s best ballad of that album is Without You, which is a cover, but also this one.
