Monkeypow, I cannot find it! Fellow orgers, again I need some help (if the mods don't close my thread  ).
In the eighties there was this song, I believe called The monkeypow. Sang by a black guy. I only remember one line and it went: ow ow the monkeypow, you can do it anywhere you wanna do it in your own backyard... I've never been able to find that song or hear it again. Does anyone know what song I'm talking about? I'm dying to hear it again. | |

I remember that song, and it was a jam!
The song you're looking for is called "Monkey Paw" and it's by Scott & Raven. Came out around '87. Funky dance track. Used to hear it on the radio in Cincinnati quite a bit.
