Harlepolis

This is her most known/loved album...

I've yet to check it out myself, but I intend to.

The REAL reason why I want to get into Ms.Wilson's music is because of her influence on Phyllis Hyman.

Harlepolis

This is her rendition of Don't Go To Strangers

I can def see why Dinah Washington felt so threatened.

Yes, this is one of many really good albums by Nancy Wilson. Also, you should check out Little Jimmy Scott, who influenced Nancy. On some songs, their voices are almost indistinguishable from each other. I think he's been mentioned on here before. He actually did a version of "Nothing Compares To You."

Harl, I've been telling you to cop that album for years! For shame. wink

Cannonball and Miss Nancy together are like peas and carrots.

A superb jazz album.
