Here's another tasty track off that album. Thanks for the find, these are sounding GREAT right now.

I had an idea what it was before i listened. Ironically i was listening
to the live joint of this song from the I Am tour. Them cats were blowing
that trumpet like a machine gun. The speed at which they were playing is
amazing. I just recently got a set of about 15 EWF albums on cd from a
friend. 4 of them are live albums. That 1975 alive album is awesome. These
cats were really funking back then. I kind of laugh it off when some people
state that they weren't a funk band.

"Magic Mind" is a JAM!! I think 'I Am' is probably my favorite EW&F album,but it's hard to decide.They have so many outstanding albums,especially in the 70s.

one rare jem after another.....this is a treasure that must pass, it can't be kept.


hold up, and doesn't the beginning of "magic mind" make you think of princes "batman" ????
