Solange has chimed in on the purported feud between her sister Beyonce and Janet Jackson.

I want to give Solange the benefit of the doubt and say, despite lacking any real media training, even she would know better than to interject herself into something that has nothing to do with her. Then again, this sounds a lot like her.

On rumors that Janet plans to confront Beyonce over comments she made about the Jackson family, Solange has supposedly added her two cents.

The blog John John Said It claims while at a dinner with friends, Solange almost laughed when the subject was brought up, saying, “What ever. Beyonce ain’t scared of Janet. All my sister did was tell the truth…she wasn’t trying to hurt nobody.”

True or not, what's wrong a sister sticking up for another sister? Ain't that how it's SUPPOSED to work? Since they're celebs now that means the sister-bond isn't still in place?

I'm all for sisters sticking up for one another. That's why I want LaToy and Rebbie to get in on this.

Not that I'm a fan of Solange, but in her defense, the article claims that she said this over dinner with friends. So it wasnt like she was releasing a statement to the media. I dont see what she said as surprising--I'm sure her and Matthew as well have put their in on this matter and defend Bey's comment.

Doesnt anyone even listen to this spoiled brat at this point? Beyonce shouldnt even be speaking on anyone, especially someone that is her "elder" and always someone that didnt have their career handed to them like she did. As for Solange, worry about whos sound youre gonna jack for your next album

I'm as big of a Janet fan as anybody but hell Janet's career is much like the Knowles. The Jackson 5 were poor when they started out. By the time they became famous, Janet was about four, so when her career started at seven, Joe Jackson was her manager from day one, lol. And Janet wanted to be a jockey so you figure it out...

Randy was only five or six when the J5 went out on the road, Janet was practically a baby. Both of them forgot how life was in Gary but they realize the sacrifice, doesn't amount to them being mad.

Matter of fact, I honestly don't think Solange even said what she said. Beyonce hasn't been asked for explanation. So let's just move on from this.

This is like Etterlene DeBarge saying in her opinion her kids were more talented than Joe's kids and that's her opinion too. You didn't see Joseph Jackson reportedly waiting to get a switch on Etterlene in the Enquirer for that statement, did you? No.

Maybe they'll meet at the playground after school and fight it out.

Yeah i mean what am i missing here, its not like Rebbie and Latoya were getting played for their solo stuff, and even Janet first two albums sold nothing for the most part, she couldnt even get herself played, if "JOE JACKSON" had that power than Janet would have hits out the box, but she didnt, the hits rolled on with "Control" and that had NOTHING to do with "the jacksons" that had to do with Prince and his team and sound

Janet has been successful on her own merit, but that doesn't mean that the career wasn't handed to her. The doors were all opened for her, she didn't have to work for her chance. The difference between her and her sisters is that she was able to make a success of it.
