Yes, Chico seemed nice and soft-spoken which is why I was surprised when one of my family members told me when she met him, although he was cool, he wasn't soft spoken. | |

Really? HOw long ago did your family member meet Chico? If he wasn't soft spoken, was he loud? I saw a clip of him and El in concert in 2003 and neither one of them is soft spoken, although El's speaking voice is softer than Chico's, who has a rawer speaking voice. Gosh, I think it was between 1998 or 1999 when my sister met him at an event. He wasn't loud, he just wasn't soft spoken like he is in some interviews I've seen. From how my sister imitated him when he said to her "How you doin', baby?" his voice is deep  | |
