There is this song where the female vocalist keeps singing Surrender and thinking of you and her adlibs and the music are very jazzy and remind me a little bit of janet's voice. It's in C major and mostly instrumental, but I can't find it at all online, not even with googling those words. I hear it on the radio all the time in the late hours of the night

I thought it might have been new cause I heard it pretty often, in the middle of the night, but then again it's an adult contemporary station and they play everything old and new every night. And it sounds extremely timeless that I can't tell what decade it's from.
