My only two experiences with Oingo Boingo are movie-related, so I think of the movies rather than the band. But they were two GREAT movies!
"Dead Man's Party" was in the Rodney Daingerfield classic "Back to School" and whenever I hear this song, all I can think of is Robert Downey, Jr. as a punk rocker. The other Oingo Boingo song I know is "Goodbye" from "Fast Times at Ridgemont High". I can't recall when the song was used, so here's some great Spicoli clips from that movie: | |
