I swear, there was something magical about the summer of '81.I can't believe how many great R&B jams we had during that period headbang

shake it up tonight....ooh ooh
show you how to party right (yeah)

Ray Parker Jr. produced this jam and you can hear his funky guitar all over it.

I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

Definately. I got to see her perform this tune as an opening
act for the commodores and maze back in 1981. It was lionel's
last stint with the commodores.
Vain where the hell were you two weeks ago when i posted the
barkays live with the UWF allstars performing move your boogie body.
I put it up just for you. lol

My boss was probably here and I couldn't get to the org. I wouldn't have been able to see the clip though because of all these blocks on the computers and I don't have internet at home. I saw The Barkays live in 1999 though right before they were planning and promoting that tour. I have the UWF Allstars live album also which is great. I bought the album of new material also and every song on the album by every artist was absolutely horrible....a hot shitty shit hop mess. I threw it in the trash afterwards. lol

Yeah for the most part the new material was bad but the songs sound a
hell of a lot better when they perform them live like confunkshun's shake it
easy and the barkays the way you shake.
