Only discovered this song recently.
I'm just gettin into the album phase after remaining in the greatest hits phase for a while.

On first listen to this song it has a similar feel to "Lets Stay Together", now after many more listens it has become one of my favourites and surpassed "Lets Stay" on my Al Green favourites list!

This is a tangent but any music that comes from the soul - where the artist is singing, playing or performing heartfelt and sincere is soul music.

I hate those VH1 Soul clips that have various Black musicians/recording artists talking about what "soul music" is - as if soul music is the only music that speaks to the heart or the condition of humankind.
