The reason it was not on the Dallas, Texas 2004 CROSSROADS dvd was because Jeff vetoed it.
He was so pissed that he wasn't able to play his allocated 3 numbers due to an impending major thunderstorm. Buddy Guy played way over his allocated time and through the whole day's timing off.
Jeff came on and was to have played three selections backed by Eric Clapton's band, and then he was to come back for a finale with ZZ Top and Eric Clapton.
Eric Clapton's guns a blazing guitar solo really did nit fit the lovely chords of Stevie Wonder's "'Cause We've Ended As Lovers".
At the 2007 Crossroads Fest in the suburbs of Chicago, Eric made it up to Jeff by allowing him a lomg feature set.
