Name ONE underrated artist, vocalist, etc... Gladys Knight
She never seems to get as much recognition and praise as the others in her era Under certain circumstances, urgent circumstances, desperate circumstances, profanity provides a relief denied even to prayer.

I've said it before, but I'll say it again.... Cyndi Lauper. “The man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them, inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors.”

Monica. One of the best female vocalists I've ever heard. She just sings a lot of shitty songs (her producers fault). But she is underrated or should I say underestimated.

Most underrated artist ever I don't know about most underrated ever, but he's definitely a great overlooked singer/ songwriter. “The man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them, inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors.”

What's the difference? “The man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them, inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors.”

Sam Sparro has not yet received the US exposure he deserves. Best New Artist in my book hands down.

I've always thought that Shakira was underrated. She's a natural Hispanic/Lebanese beauty who adds a Middle Eastern flavor to her style and music. That's called being original. I have to say this, but I see the similarities in her style and Beyonce's. I know they did a song and video together. [Edited 1/5/09 15:34pm]

[Edited 1/5/09 15:34pm] only cause B stole her style. You CANNOT use the name of God, or religion, to justify acts of violence, to hurt, to hate, to discriminate- Madonna
