Is both of Millie Scott`s albums worth tracking down?

Her debut is def worthy IMO nod esp because of this...

She sounds like a tie between Angela Winbush & Joyce Kennedy in this tune music

Good voice, but awfully 80s lol

Sheree's "It's A Pleasure" is awesome.

I have some of Dee Dee Bridgewater`s albums, including "Just family". The title track is one of her best songs. But "When love comes knocking" is gorgeous... mushy

That's a great track indeed !
Thanks again for all your other recommendations thumbs up!

Having good memories hearing this again
I believe she recorded one more album after this debut-project.
Haven't noticed any other release of her after that.

A cool uptempo track from Alfie Silas' debut album

And a ballad she sang with Bobby King around 1984

Shirley Murdock's first two albums are well worth checking out, especially for 'As We Lay, 'Go On Without You' & her duet with Dale DeGrout on 'Spend My Whole Life'.
