He is paying money off big time, he is the only dumb ass that could get sued for a sex tape and lose and actually have to pay up. He tried to cut a deal, got caught, then he had to almost cut a 3 porno deal to break even and get the money. Its amazing that things like Vh1 soul and Vh1 classic are actually PART of the same dumb ass network that puts these crap shows on, fucking Ray J, not only shouldnt this guy have a record contract, he shouldnt even be allowed to buy or listen to music.
