Bill has more soul and honesty in one of his songs than 100 of Michael's. A very underrated songwriter...also one of integrity. He's not interested in making a comeback. Questlove has gone on record that this is THE one artist he'd most like to have the chance to bring them back. But Bill's not up for it.
