How does gaining or losing 20 pounds at a time make someone an extreme yo yo dieter???
I've gained / lost / gained 30 or so pounds in the past couple years...am I a YO YO DIETER?? AM I DYING OF HEART FAILURE? Some of us go through cycles. Gain a few, lose a few. We go through periods where we eat 4 - 5 small meals a day and rarely 'cheat' while getting really into exercise. It's running for me. Then we go through unmotivated periods, where we eat whatever the fuck we want and don't give an eff about jogging a goddamn mile. It's cyclical. Ying and yang. Sometimes we're on, sometimes we're off. Sometimes happy, sometimes depressed. Sometimes healthy, sometimes unhealthy. It's called fucking life. I'll leave it alone babe...just be me

Janet has nothing to promote. She seems in love with a man who loves her no matter what size she is (which is more than I can say for a lot of men). Let her eat and be happy. She is a pretty woman at any size. Although it is obvious that she has put on a little weight, the clothes she is wearing makes her look dowdy, and a lot larger than she is. For all the haters, remember this, even whith her weight gain, all the muscle she has built over the years has memory, which means as soon as she begins to diet and work out again, her body will snap back quicker than the average woman.
For those who want to lose weight the healthy way and cleanse the body, I dropped 20 lbs in a month on the General Motors Weight Loss. You can type this online and the regimine will come up. From Oprah, Janet, to Aretha, to the average woman, weight struggles are a part of life. Although Janet is a superstar, she is still a woman with the same struggles as many women. Remeber, Beyonce is one Popeye's chicken wing from a total explosion. [Edited 12/25/08 20:51pm] [Edited 12/25/08 20:53pm] "POOR IS THE MAN WHO'S PLEASURES DEPEND ON THE PERMISSION OF ANOTHER" Madonna

Janet should realize being a Celebrity she is ALWAYS in the PUBLIC EYE and UNDER SCRUTINY. This is one UGLY LOOK. So she likes Mexican food. She's entitled to eat where and what she wants to.

JANET lost ALL of her star quality a DECADE ago, ITS A WRAP so now its ok to get FAT, although unhealthy, hopefully she retires from music so she wont continue to EMBARRASS herself and have some kids and become a vegetarian, MEAT does NOT do her body good [Edited 12/26/08 17:03pm]

She doesn´t look pregnant to me, but she has probably put some weight on, even though these clothes are not that flattering. I wish she could share some of her fat with her brother - just a little bit. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

Does that sound like a Taco Bell line to you?
That's what I thought it was about when I first saw the title of this thread.
