It doesn't look like it's just the clothes to me. Sweat clothes aren't that thick unless she has layers of sweat clothes on underneath which I doubt. The sweats fall differently on thin people. She just looks like she put on a few pounds. She's no longer touring so why not? We all know how this story goes. JD might be a bad influence too. Happens when women get in relationships.
