Good year for music. It was a huge year for both artist. Michael Jackson's long awaited follow to Thriller and George Michael's first solo album were both hugely anticipated. Faith was HOT, but Michael Jackson was still on top of his game, the Bad tour was amazing, and although Bad did not sell the same numbers as Thriller (what has?), Michael Jackson fever was in full effect. My vote goes to Michael Jackson for 1988. sidebar: I rarely play the Bad cd today, but George Michael's faith is always in my rotation.
