Extra" has obtained legal documents from a woman who claims to be the mother of Michael Jackson's son, Prince Michael Jackson II aka Blanket.

Billie Jean Jackson says in a suit filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday that she wants joint legal and physical custody of the child. She also wants to participate in Blanket's education plus visits on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Oh, and she's asking for a whopping $1 billion bucks in support! Is this for real?!

Blanket was born in 2002 and Jackson would not say the mother's identity, but has said the child was the result of artificial insemination from a surrogate mother and his sperm.

C'mom, wasn't there some type of documented agreement between the two before this? I believe it was the same way with Debbie Rowe, though he claimed she offered to do it as a gift. What happened to those twins that he supposedly fathered a few years ago? Are they his? I would say this. He should allow the mother of his kids to be a part of his children lives, even if it's visitation rights.

I was just thinking why the court system would allow this woman to draw up a disposition like that, if her mental state is public knowledge, but the court allows anyone to do that. Only when she faces the judge and they decide to toss the case out or not.
