Is Michael Jackson the most succesful recording artist without recording? So is he?
I mean the brother isn´t recording anything new but outselling many new artists who are doing promoting like crazy. Which other artist is selling so good without recording anything new and not doing any promoting? I can only think of elvis and the beatles. Did I miss someone? [Edited 12/25/08 16:50pm] | |

[Edited 12/25/08 16:50pm] I think much of the reason for this is because he owns or once owned,(depending who you ask) the rights to other people's music. This would bring him a substantial amount of money in royalties. When u are getting that much money, one really does not have to put out an album every year or so.
