"After The Gold Rush" original and covers by various artists one of my fav songs ever by any artist, neil young's "after the gold rush"
the original gives me goose bumps even after i've been listening to it for about 10 years now. it's great to see some of my fav artists cover this song here's the original: and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

further good cover versions of this songs were done by tori amos,
kd lang, nathalie merchant and emmylou harris. shame i can't find the tori amos one on youtube right now since she probably did the most polished, flowing version of it to date. love her cover. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

All great versions. What about the rest of the album, Szek? Is it just that song or does the entire album move ya?

i wouldnt say the entire album moves me but yes, it's a great album. my other fav tracks on it are "birds" and "southern man". as far as albums go i prefer "on the beach" tho. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps
