"After The Gold Rush" original and covers by various artists

one of my fav songs ever by any artist, neil young's "after the gold rush"
the original gives me goose bumps even after i've been listening to it for
about 10 years now.

it's great to see some of my fav artists cover this song bow

further good cover versions of this songs were done by tori amos,
kd lang, nathalie merchant and emmylou harris.

shame i can't find the tori amos one on youtube right now since
she probably did the most polished, flowing version of it to date.
love her cover.

i wouldnt say the entire album moves me but yes, it's a great album.
my other fav tracks on it are "birds" and "southern man".

as far as albums go i prefer "on the beach" tho.

I need an education. Neil Young never much worked for me. I like his style and attitude more than his music.
