OK, after listening to this album for the last couple of months, I see that this is 1000% better than anything on Beyonce's new album. Michelle should be a star with this project, yet radio and her manager (B's daddy) pushes cheerleading chant songs on us.

Funny, a friend of mine just said practically the same thing yesterday and let me hear part of it. I'm curious about it especially since I liked Break the Dawn. He said it's a true dance album. It did sound like it had some hard dance tracks.

I agree with your friend. It is truly a dance album (without it being a "house" cd). If Beyonce had done this album, she would have sold 2 million copies by now.

I truly hope Michelle and Kelly leave Matthew Knowles' management company. He cares nothing about them. He doesn't try to even book them decent gigs. Damn shame.

she's so unlucky that michelle. the album is pretty solid, but it seems she's not charismatic enough to carry it?

I don't know why they can't see that Matthew Knowles is only good for the people who have his last name. If possible at all it would be best for her (and Kelly) to try and establish an identity and sound completely separate from DC. Alot of Bey's stuff sounds like the same stuff she was doing with DC.

I liked Michelle ever since I saw her on TRL years ago and she sang with some girl I think she used to sing with in church or something. She always comes across really down to earth and fun. I need some new workout music so I think I'll give her a few bucks.

i'd be interested in hearing but i don't know if she has the star quality. she always seemed so pale compared to B or who i think the true star of DC is Kelly.

I keep hoping Kelly wises up.

I think Michelle enjoys singing and she'll take what comes from that. Bey wants to be an ICON. A whole different gig. Kelly's okay but I've never really cared about her. I thought she had the best chance after Dilemma and then it got quiet again. If Kelly doesn't mind, maybe she can find a niche as a dance artist or go outside the US like a few others are beginning to find warm reception.
